Hi folks Trying to drive my youtube stats up a bit so have put up a few videos of our new touch screen plasma controller, please search for techservcnc . I would welcome your comments. The system is pc based with a usb driven Baldor nextmove usb motion controller usually driving AC brushless motors but I have recently implimented stepper drives. Features are - generic shapes- Essi -Gcode - DXF import - array nesting - hi def height sense - built in process database - data logging - lost cut recovery - full kerf offsett - forwards and reverse along cut part etc. We have sold 40+ so far mostly on big machines 4 x 20 metres. cheers Mike Techserv  |
