Need Help!- used water jet

Have the chance to buy a used IR NS2000 waterjet. It works and is cheap. Looks like IR sold out in 93. Contact with the new compay says no support of motion table but support of pumps and intensfiers. No soft ware support either. Question is -- Can this unit be run by a different software? How much naintaince does the motion table require? Where can I get parts for same??

Hello Jim,

Do you know which kind of control this machine use?
If you have problem with motion table you can change the control easily, the maintenance for this side of machine is clean and lubrication, also is very important keep the electric cables and connectors.

I believe this older IR table was built by a compay called Mutilcam out of Dallas, TX. You may want to touch base with them if you have questions about the controlls or the motion system. Good luck
