Need Help!- CNC tube profiler

I'm interested in building a plasma tube profiler. I've searched on the net and have found very little information.

I did find one home built machine in Ireland that I have a couple of questions on. Does anyone know what this steadyrest and headstock units are?

Or perhaps someone could suggest some alternatives such as a suitable 3 jaw chuck?

I plan something very similar where the tube rotates and the torch moves back and forth.

for quick setup a chuck from a power threader would be nice, just depends on what size you plan on cutting
