First you must tell what material you want to cut (thickness and steel quality)and what torch.
Because is a link betwen torch duse and thickness of material.
An aproximate guess is 7 bars Oxygen and 3 bars propane gas. for 500 mm/min.

Some pictures (or links) of the machine, gas tanks, parts to be cuts are welcome.

Question Oxygen For Plasma

Is the plasma cutter you plan to use designed for oxygen?
Most smaller ones are for compressed air only.

Now I understand. I think you can use the same presure from air, and reduce the presure until the quality of the cut is still good. But for 3 mm steel, the air is not bad for the quality of the cut. Why change the gas?

Hypertherm recomand this.
Flow rate / 400 scfh; 6.7 cfm (189 l/min) at 90 psi (6.2 bar)
If in my country the oxygen tanks has 6.5 cubic meters = 6500 liter
then in aprox. half hour the tank is empty.

You can't use oxigen on that plasma cutter, only air or nitrogen.

Here is a link to the machine's specifications & requirements. Air, not oxygen.

WAS WONDERING IF CUT QUALITY WOULD BE BETTER, BUT NO IF IT TAKES THAT MUCH OXYGEN.... WOULD COST A SMALL FORTUNE.... THINK I WILL JUST BUY A AIR DRYER
