Need Help!- how do you control the plasma torch on/off

exactly what setings in mach do u use.. i've been tring to triger the relay for about 3 days nothing happens.

i understand the pin and port might be diffrent .

What pin did you test? It should be pin1 of DB25 pin to turn on or off plasma.

it is an issue with the driver board , it's using MAX CL setings and that interferes somehow with the pin 8 (that's trigering the relay) .

with max cl disabled i can triger the relay but i loose the x-y movement..

i think dubble can sort this out.

on the other hand everythings works in kcam4 .. the relay and the table but it's more difficult to use, i got no sheetcam post processor for kcam, and i allready bought mach3 license...


it's clear now DIY cnc needs to have headache pills included

@mongkol tx m8 , i know what pin uses my controller .. it's the setings in mach3 i'm intrested, anyway found the setings but don't work with my controller setup..
