Water Table Question

Going to be building a water table for my plasma table.Already have my design pretty much down.I am looking for some advice as to what I should do as far as the inside for a coating to keep it from rusting.I have heard some people just painting the inside and also have heard of using truck bed coating.Any input would be appreciated.

I just primed and painted what I could (ie..couldn't paint inside my internal air chamber). I then added Plasma Quench to my water to eliminate any rust problems with the uncoated steel. Works well.

Jacr

Please explain...your water table has a air chamber? I thought they were just water tight pans. Also do you drain your water out after each use?

Take a look at this link http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42780 . It details the system that I built. The sixth paragraph, in the first post, explains the water table. Page 4 has a pdf file with some drawings as well.

DSL PWR,

Nice video. I think it will help people understand the concept of a water table with an internal air tank.

Thanks,
