I don't know if this is a good idea or not, or if it's already been thought of, but we cut quite a good bit of ferrous materials here on our wire EDM, and a rare earth magnet seems to pick up quite a bit of the sludge. Putting a few in the tank seems to me to be a pretty good idea, in order to reduce the load on the filters and on cleanup. Does anybody know anything about this? Andy Baker |
