I Have A Dynacnc Table With A Floating Head Design.there Is A Small Section Of Linear Rail On The Z Axis.there Is Some Side To Side Movement Out Of That Small Section Of Rail.i See A Hex Head On Top Of The Rail But Not Sure What It Is.is It To Reduce Play?or Is There Anyway I Can Reduce This Play?i Have Not Measured The Amount Of Play With A Dial Indicator Yet.not Sure If This Is Affecting The Quality Of The Cut.being A Mechanic Buy Trade Seems To Me Their Should Not Be Any Play.i Am Going To Do Like Torchhead Said And Try Drawing A Picture With A Marker On A Piece Of Paper With The Machine To See If It Is Dead On Or Not...any Replies Would Be Great. |
