Red Earth Having Trouble Posting On Your Thread.
I Have A Dyna Cnc Table Too.i Was Getting Poor Results Cutting Circles.my Problem Was Backlash On X Axis Was Set At .03.i Started Working My Way Closer To 0 The Closer I Got The Better The Circle Would Be.set At O Now.i Am New To This Too And It Can Be Frustrating.now I Just Need To Figure Out Why Some Parts Of My Drawings Are Not Getting Fully Cut Out.everything Looks Ok In Sheetcam...

check your...

1. dust/water trap/water in your air hose/water in your compressor

2. consumables

3. cut speed ..you're probably going to fast.. but don't go too slow or you'll slag the hell out of it and kill your nozzles..

4. mind your duty cycle ESPECIALLY on circles.. piercing wears your consumables down very quickly...

5. make sure you've got the power level set properly too.. too much power can blow out circles.. as can too much air pressure.

I have been through all the Run speeds, volts and computer settings with Dyna....they can't seem to remedy the problem. But thats another thread!

The notches I am getting on the circle is a belt or timing problem I think. We are missing a key in one drive gear for the X axis and there is a slight drag when pushing the gantry.
