optical tracer to cnc conversion?

i have been studying for too long on how to cnc drive my optical tracing machine! its time to start! i have seen these systems come up a few times without much comment. www.lowcostcncretrofits.com/ they look like an easy way to go. i like the plug and play part! do any of you guys have any recomendations? sugestions? I used to be in the business of retrofitting CNC's to optical tracers. What kind of machine do you have? Pictures? Maybe I can help.

thanks for the reply, it is a koiki 1200j. cantilever type machine, i curently run 4 oxy torches and one plazma on it. 4 x 10 table. i will post pics as soon as i figure out how! Thanks , Steve
