| James Sorry I should of ask you to email me @ mlaws1172@earthlink.net if you don't mind. It helps me keep track. The 12V is used to run relays and fans. On the power supply i build the 12V side is adjustable. You can make it from 3V to 13V. The 12V and 5V are on the same board. Mike |

| This has been VERY informative!!! I have spent allt of time reading posts on DIY CNCs. Weldtutor, how did you CNC turn out? I cannot seem to find any posts after you mounted the servos. If I missed them could you direct me to the right place? Mlaws, your plans and knowledge are very helpful to those of us that have the drive to build but were unsure were to start. I am just starting to learn about the electronics so that is what I am focusing on at this time. I have 4 electric wheelchairs (I work for a healthcare service) Can I scavenge parts from them for a CNC?? Thanks again for a GREAT site!!!! GMK4 |

| Hi guys Tigman here. Been lurking for a couple of days now and I will definetly be building one of these machines. I own a small fab shop and usaully farm out the plasma cutting. It can get expensive. Mlaws and you other guys thank you for the info you've posted. It'll take me some time but it'll happen. Juggling kids and running the shop it'll have to get fabricated in my spare time. LOL..I have a hand held cutmaster50 that I love. Time for the cnc. If I can be of assistance to anyone please speak up. please check out my website. www.tanksbytigman.com. thanks.........Dave
