Trying to cut a jeep front in a 10' x 19" x .188 thick piece of steel. Geometry for headlight on left cut bad. Can stock move when cutting? The work piece weighs about 122 pounds!

It appears you have a problem with the g code that is being output to the machine to me. If it was just the steel shifting, you wouldn't have double cuts (holes for headlight are present but also another cut is occuring around the outside of the hole. Also, cuts in right side headlight hole look jagged. It is possible to move the material if the torch crashes but I doubt that is your problem at this point. Didn't you watch the machine while it was running?

I watched it but it runs with a pierce shelid so it is difficult to see. I will check the g code, thanks for the reply!
