Is this little plasma cutter good for CNC

I would like to build myself a small CNC plasma cutter and would like to use my little plasma cutter I bought last year.

Can it be use for that, Cutting area will be around 2 X 4 feet.

Maximum material thickness will be sometime 1/4 but mostly 1/16 or 1/8 .

I don't want to use it often because of smoke and bad air quality it introduce in the shop.

I've already built a CNC router and it work great so building a smaller machine should be easy since I have a CNC mill and a welder.

What are your recommendations for a good THC that is somekind of plug and play.

I used a Gianttech Cut40D as my first cutter when I built my table. See my build, New Machine Build- A Different Machine - Downdraft/water table , and it will answer most of your questions, including the THC. These chinese, contact start cutters present a lot of problems but they are all solvable. I got very good cuts while I was using it. The only reason I changed was to cut much thicker material. I actually think the cut was better on the thin material , under 18 ga, than the hypertherm although the PMAX 65 is much better and faster on thicker than 14 ga.
