i am new to the forum and also new to CNC machinery in general. i have been working along side several profile cutters in my welding profession and i have recently decided to buy an old one (mainly because it was cheap!!) the model is as stated in the the forum title and my main concern thus far is setting the machine up, i have a cad program on my computer capeable of designing the 2d parts required and i have been told that i need a cam program (sheet cam?) i havent picked the machine up yet so there may well be some software with it as i say i am very ignorent when it comes to these machines so any advice would be welcomed greatly thanks in advance Steve  |
