I was hoping someone with the same set up may point me in the right direction. To asure that I hook it up right this time. I blew up the first one.

The 52 is relatively easy to automate using a cable available from Thermaldyne part#9-9385(verify pt# with Thermaldyne) and cost around $40.00. It is a 2 foot long harness with a 8 pin plug that plugs into the pcb board. It gives torch on/off and "OK to move" signal. Look at the wiring diagram for torch to get correct pin numbers. The voltage for THC is from pins on the pcb board. Hook the wires up to the correct pins for the MP3000 and you should be set. Here is the TD automation people I talked to 888-832-3477. They called it a "Basic CNC interface wire hareness".
