I've got a C&G Mustang plasma table with a Burny 5 controller and 4 torches mounted over a 12' x 24' table. We typically only use 1 torch, so we just removed 2 of the plasma torches to allow us to get closer to the edges of the table with the remaining torches. The small air lines to the torches have been capped and they, along with the signal lines, are laying neatly across the bridge. Now the Limit indicator light is lit up constantly and nothing will move without holding down the switch. All 3 of the limit sensors work perfectly. The screen displays "E-Stop" mode. Is there some kind of feedback loop the Burny 5 requires from all 4 of the torches to enable the table to move? Has anyone encountered an error of this sort before? |
