Hi to All,

I am a new to CNCZONE.com and to CNC's in general.

I started a new wood workshop and bought (3) three CNC's ( 1.3*2.5 m CNC Lathe ATC, 0.3* 2.0 m Rotary CNC, and 0.6*09. m Laser CNC ) from Fanch, China.

The Wood CNC technology is very new in my country, and not much of experts on how to operate it and program it.
my workshop is focusing on wood working activities and specially wood engraving.

I appreciate the help of the experts in this forum to assist me on:-

1- What are the qualifications that I should look for in the eng's or operators who will be working on these machines ( i.e. knowledge of software, experience, itc....)?
2- What is the minimum number of staff, who can operate all three machines and program the tasks effeciently?
