Greetings I have a CNC machine "FANUC 5T SYSTEM. in which the electronics not working, I would like to redesign a two axis CNC control, using the engines to the machine is. I would appreciate as I suggest to begin the study of this project. Thanks |

| Depends what your budget is, if you want to use the same motors and they are the larger Fanuc/Getty's DC motors, you may not be able to integrate the existing drives, so you need to locate large driver replacements. For larger motors, if using a control system that uses analogue signal such as Galil/Camsoft, then Advanced Motion Have them. If you use step/dir system such as Mach, then you may have a problem finding drives, You could also look at open system such as EMC, I believe there is a motion card you can use analogue drive signal with these.
