I am having trouble with finding or creating good post processer for this machine. I was using Mastercam X2 with limited success because even the post processer I was using for that was buggy and not even close to giving me access to all the capabilities of the machine. I am now using Alphacam v7 since we sometimes work with another shop that has a Routech 120 and they use an older version of Alphacam quite successfully. This makes it easier and less time consuming to trade files and generate code for the machines. (yeah.....if I can get a good, working post processer for my machine.) I tried using the post processer I had for Mastercam with no success. I was given the post processer for the Routech 120 to be able to generate code to run their machine with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  |
