I am considering the AT(autotable) for my new P2P machine. I know Masterwood offer one type of AT and that is the fully automatic type with motorised columns and pods. SCM produce two types which are the fully automatic like Masterwood's and a slightly slower version of the same thing which is slightly cheaper.

I thought the above were the only types of AT available until I saw a video on youtube showing a Busellato P2P machine moving the pods and clamps using the router head.

How many more types are there and how do they compare to each other in speed, cost, reliability etc...? Why doesn't SCM or masterwood offer the Busellato type of AT I mentioned above?
