'Masterwood UK' late in submitting company accounts.

Hello everyone, This is my first post on this forum.

We are thinking about buying a CNC solid wood working machine from various manufacturers. One of the machines we are considering is a Masterwood 500AT. The concern we have is that 'masterwood UK' is late in submitting it's yearly accounts to companies house in the UK. This has seriously dented our confidence in masterwood as a company but we still like the machine. Does anybody have an opinion on this?
