Hey folks, wondering if anyone can guide me along the right path. I have a cnc router and have been using it for a couple of years, so pretty happy with my normal 2 1/2 axis routing and g-code production. However recently I just finished my fourth axis and have it all up and running now, but am finding difficulty in acquiring the right program for machining ops. Example I want to carve 3d a horses head, mount it on the a axis and then have the xy and z do the carving and shaping, does abyone have any ideas which programs would be firstly suitable to design the horses head and secondly what would then be best program to use to post process into mach 3. Any help would be appreciated Steve |
