Greetings to all I have a Oerlikon B24 with fanuc control 180 MC. It sends the 416 disconnect alarm. I found the TGAL parameter and I actived it. The alarm changes to 414overcurrent alarm and I noticed that the axis vibrates. I thought that it was a mechanical problem and I replaced the ball screw. I tried a MDI program, moving the axis in all its distance (home and negative stroke limit) using the following program and it didn't vibrate. M46 M48 G00 Z0 F254; Z-150.; M99; but when I run the program in auto mode, the axis begins to vibrate again. In auto mode always it vibrate in the begining of the program. M46 M48 G00 F7.5 G64 D1 X-0.321 Y2.5621 Z-1.1954 I will appreciate your comments. |
