lagun KMC-250-S CNC Any good????

Have a chance to pick up a used Lagun KMC-250-S very reasonable with some tooling. Anybody have one of these or know anything about them, Good/Bad.

I am presently rebuilding a Lagun head, and I wish it were a Bridgeport. The parts, if you can find them on a Lagun are too high priced compared to a Bridgeport. Example, the vary-speed shaft on a lagun is $600.00. The same shaft on a Bridgeport is $175.00. Need I say more? Don't enen think of any type of mill, but a Bridgeport. I am having to cut the shaft and weld and machine of the shaft to avoid the high price from Lagun. At Lagun, they want you to buy a new head rather than repair them. Next time I will buy Bridgeport.
