| We have a record 110 which I am responsible for programing and am getting on great I just have on thing that occasionally catches me out, imagine trying to cut a squre hole in a piece of timber where the off cut is to small to catch so I would tend to make a number of passes producing sawdust until the hole is the required size. Now all works well until the tool diamete chages as a resharpen this obvioulsy affects how much i can remove on each pass. Now the question is it possible to retrieve the diameter for the tool currently loaded into the spindle under xilog plus ? This would solve my problem, Thanks in hope JD |

| yea you can mate. theres a whole load of information you can call up about your tools, on my record 100al, id use the following: L VARNAME =(TOOL(102, 10)) that sets a variable called varname which has the diameter of tool 102 hope that helps. tom |
