Hello everybody.....This is my first time here.... I am getting this message "PTP link Open" from my Busellato Point To Point I have tried severals thing trying to fix it but I couldn't.... If you know something about that I will appreciate your help....Thanks. Malacara....  |

| Malacara, It would be helpful to know the year the machine was made, the model, and the software the machine is using. But generally speaking, the error you mentioned indicates you are losing serial communication between the PC and the controller. The cable between the PC and the controller should be checked, the COM port of the PC, and the controller itself, which hopefully is not the problem, as they are expensive to replace. Overheating can cause this error as well, so make sure the fans are all working, and air filters clean. Good luck, Blaine |
