Excel 350 Fanuc 21-M Tool Magazine Issue

My tool magazine has lost its home postion. I have the book that, sorta, tells me how to reset it, but that procedure doesn't work.

Long story short. I am getting a beta motor alarm, which just means its lost home. I set the magazine to the proper position and then it says go to parameter 181, in the drive, and set it to the appropriate setting. What the heck does that mean? But anyways.... It also tells me to use the zero return button and it will do it its self. That doesn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
