    Help heidenhain collision

Had a problem changing tools, called up a tool with a tool already in the arm and acted as if there was not one there and drove straight into the tool magazine, now I have an alarm and can not get past this. This is a heidenhain TNC 430 and the error message reads "34 tool change. See 3.14.6" I have no idea what to do, can anyone help me?

Invariably this is an issue with the PLC. You need to go back to the retrofiiter / OEM who commissioned the machine. If thats not a possibility let me know where you are and I might be able to point you to someone who can likely sort this out for you.

    Good Luck

Figured it out. Just had to press both stop buttons which referenced the tool changer, then had to manually pull out the tool, followed by rotating the tool carousel to reverence the tools back in the right positions, and that was it. I do appreciate the help you guys gave.
