Turret Windmilling Help..! Urgent

Hi Guys,
We have a

Dainichi BX-35 with Fabuc 10TF with FAPT Control
YEAR 1986
Seriel number S7208-12

Turret is windmilling and wont stop, my technician has asked for:

turrect circuit diagram
overall machine circuit diagram
encoder logic
encoder fault codes

yes we have phoned Dainichi and for this page of information they want £400.00...! for the electrical manual...!
