Need help for Biesse Rover 24 L1 sensors

When I work on machine with freza and operation finished, machine's head go up and machine freeze, don't continue as go to change tools. After that machine write the message - PLC 9292 both sensors in (36 37). What does that means? Whan problem is it?

probably the head up (fully traveled) sensor on the top of head slide,
should have an led on it?
