    Dust removal cutters

Recently installed a new SCM matrix table cnc, we are cutting 22mm mdf into stair treads on top of a sacrificial sheet. We are currently using a titman 12mm roughing spiral (as a smooth finish is not required). We have a huge extraction fan fitted to this machine yet it still leaves an annoying amount of dust - I have to profile each component twice to remove the dust. Im already using an upcut spiral to help the extraction but I've heard of a cutter available that acts like an actual 'fan' throwing the dust upwards yet I've spoken to a couple of different manufactures who haven't heard of such a thing. Does anyone know if something like this is available?
