When you swap everything over do you generate the same alarm on the axis you swapped to? If not you may have a bad signal wire somewhere on the axis giving you trouble.
i have kiwa amchine with fanuc 6M. it is now moving all axis but when i try to move z axis it vibrates so much and turns of with alarm 430. all slides, servo motor, drive and card is ok (i checked them by swaping things). please tell me if there is any parameter problem? what to do?

Thanks Kel! it gives same alarm when i swap all the things. every thing is ok but only z axis can move on lowest feed and when i try to move it normal feed it stops and alarm 430 some times 410 comes out. is there any mother board problem?
Did you swap your cables over also? Doing this would eliminate an y bad connections between the motor and drive.
You say your motor is OK. Have you removed the connector to the motor and checked to see if the windings are OK using an ohmeter or even better a Megger. Check the 3 phases to ground on motor to see if you have a short. If no short what are your readings?
Alarm 430 is Servo Motor Overheat.
Alarm 410 explained quickly is a positional deviation error (Anybody else out there correct me if I am wrong) but I believe this to be correct.
From what you have explained to me it sounds like the motor is on its way out, but of course that is just my prognosis. It could be many things . Motor, Encoder, Cables, Drive, etc.
I could explain more but try the above if you havent first.

Kel thank you so much. motor and cables are ok, because when i swap "z" drive and cable with "y" then both axis start to move but now "y" moves with low vibrations and all alarms are gone. I am so upset what is the problem? I think i should have to run the machine as that swaped condition. What should i do?
