how can i cut angled contours (undercut)

i will mostly cut mdf or plywood sheet in my diy router(3 axis) and sometimes i need to cut angled profiles(1.jpg, 2.jpg) (this could be arbitrary angles according to project).

i look for a cam software for this purpose. cam soft's for routing is mostly 2d and have capabilities like nesting, aranging several objects on MDF panel and v-carving. cam soft's for MILLING on the other hand, has z-level profiling but looks like focused on single object processing.

my plan is to achieve this angled cuttings by using a dovetail cutter shown in "4.jpg". i found out mastercam and onecnc program could do this type of job like in "3.jpg"

so my question is can i make undercut toolpaths for my 3 axis router, and cut several objects at once from mdf panel , which software is appropriate.

i hope your suggestions will guide me. thanks.
