Command to rotate B axis of HMC

Hi,

Can anyone let me know the command to rotate the B AXIS (B-axis is a rotary movement function of table so that 3 sides can be machined in a single setup) for HMC.

This typically is dependant on the machine / control type. Typically all HMC's require the table be unclamped, indexed, then reclamped.
Example
~~~~NC Code prior to Index ~~~~
M11; (unclamp table)
B90.0; (Index table to 90 degrees)
M10; (clamp table)
~~~~NC Code after Index~~~~~

Is there any G code associated with B90.0 to index the table ?

Normally, 4th axis is default to rapid, unless full 4th then G1 will do the cutting.
