need help

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know ball screw support bearing eqivalent to bearing number 30TAC62BDBC10PNTA. It seems I need to replace it on the Y axis of my Feeler FV 800 which make sound even during machine start up. How long ball screw support bearing ussually lasts? How difficult it is to replace the bearing? Last time I ask the machine serviceman to check, he said it is still OK. To me the sound ( crackling sound) bother me. I wouldn't want to see my investment go to scrap. Any help or any suggestion? Thank in advance.

I can just tell you it's not an easy work to replace the ball screw, for if you not place it well it will bring you proble in the future work. especially the precision.For example, the line will not straight and the the circle will not round. So if you want to chang it you'd better ask a professional one to help you. Usually the y axis combine with the z axis, so it's a little difficult to do the peplace work. After the replacing you should do many times of test to ensure the precision.
