VBORE CADcode

Our cnc has a 14 spindle line bore for drilling adjustable shelf holes. I have my VBORE layer set up with the diameter of the cutters but it only drills one at a time instead of 14 like it should. Am I missing a setting in CADcode or in the VBORE layer in AutoCAD?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
