    Masterwood 327 Error codes

I am after a list of error codes that show up on a Masterwood 327 and what they mean. We have bought a second hand machine and have just installed it however the error code 0.0.0090 has come up and we can't work out what this means?
Does anyone have a full list of errors and their descriptions??

I used a 327 for about 12 years, up until last December. If you have a DOS control, hitting the"e" key will bring up a list of error codes. (From the automatic screen, I think, as well as the g-code editing screen). They can be kind of cryptic, due to bad Italian-English Translation.

The .090 code is not really an error. It's on when you start the machine, and any time the power is off, you'll see it. Does it power up when you push the white button? If not, the .090 code isn't going to point you in the right direction.

The most likely errors you'll see, are input timeouts (1532.00 or something like that, forget the format). That and g-code errors, which you should be able to figure out by the descriptions. If you get any PLC errors, try shutting off the main power for 15 seconds, and restarting.

If you have any questions, I'll help if I can.

    Unhappy

    Hi Gerry,

Thanks for the info however it has not fixed our problem. The machine does not fire up when we hit the white button. We can get the computer to come on and see program etc but still has the 00900 error flashing. When we go to the error page by pressing the e key, it says it is a emergency stop error.
Any further advise would be great and if you know how I could get hold of a wiring diagram that would be great too.

    Regards

    Steve

Make sure all your E-Stop buttons are reset, including the safety wire in the back if you have it. If that's not it, then you'll need to get a meter and start checking switches. Use the schematic and follow through the circuit and make sure you don't have any bad switches. Included in the circuit are the air pressure switch, and the safety door switch.

On my machine it took me a while to figure out that low pressure to the air line would produce the same error code. Try connecting the compressor or cranking up the pressure (mine requires over 100 psi). Hope this helps.

    Masterwood 310

Hey guys, I have a similar problem, however I've identified the error code, it's a PLC error, a timeout to be more specific, I know which "I" is causing me trouble, it says something about the resetting of tool caroussel (Reset giostra), (Italian - English mixed up), any ideas on how to solve this?

This started when the CNC tried to discharge the cutter over another one that was already there, causing it to fall and the breaking of a plastic holding piece.

Now we can't make it work
