    Help with Biesse Controller

    Hello

    heres the problem i have

I've currently got a biesse rover 336 that i have just fitted with a 5hp hsd spindle that i took off a rover 322. .

What I'm wanting to know is does anyone know how to assign an output on one of the existing modules int he machine head to a tool in the plc side of things any help would be appreciated.

it can be done by assigning plc bits.
thats in the manual (480 controller)
if you dont have a manual i may have a pdf otherwise il take a photo of the page.

is this an extra head? does the machine already have the pneumatic block etc connected?
so much to learn, so much to pass on.

Hello thanks for the reply somehow I thought you would be the one that replies

sorry I dont have a manual for it this is an extra head to a degree I've take an existing one off and fitted the saw one where the "C"router normally is so it goes up and down.

I dont have a copy of the manual so anything you can share would be highly appreciated
