Hi

I am having positioning problem in X & Y axis. At times, the machine movement is as per Handlewheel Movement (CORRECT), but sometimes it gives a error of 30 micron in positing (WRONG).

I understand that Backlash can be a root cause but sometimes my m/c shows correct movement (as per handwheel movement) & sometimes the m/c looses out its movement accuracy.


What must be the possible problem. Any parameter setting or any guess ??
