    Cool G91 G28 Command

    Hi

    We use G28 G91 Z0.0 command to Return the Tool to Machine Home Position in Z Axis.

    I understand that G91 remains activated after the G28 command..


    Am i Right ??

    Yes you are right. the G91 is Modal and will stay active untill another command is entered. Usually after you do a tool change your program will go something like G0 G90 G54 X?.??? Y?.???
    The G90 will take the machine out of Incrimental and shift to Absolute. Then G90 will stay active.
