wiring a 5vdc solid state relay to output pins 1.14.16.17 on a c10 board

relay driver circuit has 3 connections, plus and minus power and input signal. C10 board has a number and ground(2 connections).

So i'm planning to connect +-5vdc from my 5vdc powering the Board. I'm then going to connect the number, say 14, to the relay input point,

OR

5vdc+ from the board power, output point ground to 5vdc -, out out put number to relay input point.

are either of these right? if not whats right?
