| Foam Board Problem Hi Guys i have just started machining foam board for the first time im machining with a: 4mm cutter 24000rpm 4000mm/pm 75% of the letters i am cutting come out perfectly just slip straight out but there are a few that will not release from the material i think the swarf is slightly melting the letters to the sheet. i thought it was the cutter getting too hot so i checked this. But the letters that are sticking are in completely random does anyone know why most of the shape come out perfectly but a few will not release.? |
