    Smile tracking position

    Good day everyone.

    I'm Sheng Khai from Malaysia,

    i would like to ask that, is CNC milling machine itself able to captured the actual position during cutting pocess?

    Yes ,of course, the first you should setup path in software(such as Marh3)

    is that means that, it is possible for me to obtain the actual position of the XY-table during cutting process? Cause i need that date for the comparison between the ideal position and the actual position. I would like to know the error between them.

    You don't mention what controller? Usually you require a controller that closes the Loop in order to capture actual position.
