Transfer software

Hi Everyone

Im looking for some cnc file transfer software...
I have tried quite a few, but none have met the requirements I need

I used to use NC Edittor but it is still running on DOS platform and I need to get something for windows...

This is what i need from it:
1 - Transfer files and receive files from CNC
2 - Backplot program and sub program in same file
3 - Be able to save sub programs to same file as main program under windows without copying and pasting
4 - Upload file that contains main program and sub program to machine, automatically creating the relevant program numbers and information
5 - All without any software that uses a dongle

Any suggestions?
