Here is the 3D Bear I did couple of weeks ago..
1- used 6.5mm Endmill for rough passess ( the relief height was 14mm)
2- Used 3mm ball nose cutter for finish pass
3- Used 3mm ball nose for profile cut..

Nice work as usual.
I am sure you posted it somewhere, but could you please again explain how you hold your parts while they are being machined ?
I see the screws which hold the corners of the work down, but I am less clear how you hold down pieces like your fish. In that case, you were routing out the inside of the wood so when it is released - what keeps it from going flying ?
