Prompt assignment of codes with the letters G, M, F, please.?

Why you need G, M and F? and where you need in Gcode?

To be honest, I have no experience with mach3. But there is experience the mechanics of sewing equipment, I know how to work the machines. I would like to understand the purpose of all codes used in the management. But I need to submit with what I'm dealing with to understand what I need and then how to set up the equipment.
Tell me why the Z axis adds value by ten units throughout the programmes and what is the reason?
second for the fitting thread, the third foot lifter and next thread trimming is possible. What code is responsible for what, I would like to understand.
Machine want to collect quilting to work on furniture fabrics, foam and batting. The process differs from embroidery, it is necessary only along the contour. The difficulty lies also in the construction of the machine itself. May have to work under the operating system linuxcnc
Machines are different and not necessarily like me, we want to have a flexible system for any task.

I also consider the option without using the embroidery software, but this is a very difficult path, it will be difficult to go it alone, perhaps even impossible to do it alone.
You can trace drawings in the manual, then use a graphics editor inkscape and the gcodetools plugin to create a community of people. http://cnc-club.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=34&p=55#p55 But there are many difficulties. I would like to make friends with these programs in the future. I help some people in Russia and now we know about you, the community expands ))) hi all!

the value of my words may differ significantly from the nested sense, this may be the fault of the translator which have to communicate. If so, you can do several translations to understand the true meaning of the meaning of my words.

If you read few pages back someone requested me to add values to Z-axis like that as he was using servo motor and i think one revolution of Servo motor give him that motion of Z-axis number and the needle go inside the fabric and comeout (I DONT REMEMBER THE EXACT DETAILS)... but as i dont have machine i just modified the Gcode generation in the software as per his need and he uploaded few videos of his great work... You have to read the complete thread ...

everything is possible... It depends upon the embroidery software which generate DST format... In that software if u have used many color of thread then we can stop the machine do the thread change MACRO in Mach3 or THREAD CUTTING macro etc..

    Dear Khalid,

I would like to say how great it is that you and the whole group made such a great progress with both generator and embroidery machines. I stumble upon this thread a couple of days ago and I was really pleasantly surprised.
We exchanged a couple of messages back in 2010 (long, long time ago). In the mean time I managed to made some kind of embroidery machine (special embroidery machine with small working area 20x30mm for some special purpose) but I stopped with that when I could not get my machine work properly. What happened: I could not synchronize frame movement with needle movement properly, so after months of work I just stopped. Now I see that you have new version of your software that I plan to try by the end of this month. I will surely post my progres as soon as I found some time.

I would like to know how everything went with Arduino set? You said that you would use this set instead of Mach3 and PC.
Can you answer me following: since in Mach3 you need to set up everything about x, y and z motors, how would you do that using Arduino instead and not PC and Mach3?
I am still new when it comes to Arduino part.

Anyhow, one more time, it really warms my heart to see how this topic is still alive.

    Waiting for your answer.

    With best regards,
    Zoran

    Greetings.

I have old Fortron F900 sewing machine. Machine is in good condition but I'm not able to run in because I miss "operating system file" that should be inserted by
DD Flopy Disk. I contacted company in Germany that repairs these machines and they told me that I need that file in order to make it run and the name of the file is
LasserprogrammV2 and I'm not able to find it.

What is this LasserprogrammV2? I'm thinking it has something to do with Gcode but I'm not sure.
One more thing. This machine accepts only DD Flopy Disk but my computer doesn't recognize it. I was able to copy some designs (.dst) to DD disk with the use of
EOS and some other embroidery software.

I'm thinking of this: if LasserprogrammV2 is some kind of Gcode how can I save it to DD disk since I'm not able to do it from windows.
Anyone knows if it is possible with some software or I need to install old operating system (w95, etc.) and is there any replacement for Lasserprogramm V2?
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

There are two types of DD disks, four if you count the physical size of the disk itself.
SS/DD - Single Sided Double Density and
DS/DD - Double Sided Double Density

    According to:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floppy_disk

"Windows 10 no longer includes a generic driver for USB floppy drives"
Which would be the reason your computer cannot read the disks if you
    are running Windows 10.

Going to an older operating system like W95 is a sure bet to get your disks read,
but you should not have to go back that far. My windows 7 machine reads
floppy disks from the USB floppy drive I have with no problem.

    Take care.

    [EDIT]
I forgot to mention, there is also two capacities.
    720 kb and
    1.44 mb

    720 kb and
    1.44 mb
When I insert 1.44 mb disk i'm getting error that says "false disk" but when I insert 720 kb disk with some stich design it says "false data". I tought that my stich design file format
was wrong but when I checked which formats are accepted by fortron machine I realized that file format was good. Later I contacted german service center and they told me about
Laserprogram V2 which is some kind of operating system. It is stored on DD disk and is needed to be inserted every time Fortron machine is powered.
Now I'm looking for some kind of Laserprogram V2 which is maby some sort of Gcode ( big MABY)

Thanks a lot for your reply, I have a machine with automatic color change by a stepper motor, so I want a G-code with a line where the motor be able to change the color automatic, same at the last photo I Sended.

For example In your program I found this code for the color change.

(THREAD COLOR CHANGE- M7 Light Bulb On)
    G01 X-7 Y22.8
    M06

But I want a line where I can indicate the color for example:

(THREAD COLOR CHANGE- M7 Light Bulb On)
    G01 X-7 Y22.8
    M06
G01 A10 ------> this code drive the 4th axis on Mach 3 and varies acording the color.

this is possible?? or what do think is the best way for this process.

I added a keyword in the name of M06 so that u can make a macro in the name of M06 to do such things...
