Simple toolholder question

that might not be so simple after all..

Ok, I`m stuck here.
Looking at my toolholders for my VMC300, there`s a difference between them, and the Easy change toolholders from Coventry Toolholders.

Mine has a machined groove in the top flange, and i do believe this is for the ATC holder(spring loaded fork). Se Attached Picture.
However the toolholders at Coventry has not :-\

I have added a sketch i made today with some measurements.
The taper angle measured is approx 21 degrees.
Anybody out there seen these tolholders before?
