i would start by un-bracketing the m88 this should be the m code for disabling the interference check
if not this the tooling will need to be extended to be outside the interference zone for the machine
good luck

If I am not mistaken there is another code for backworking interference check, m76. This only shuts off the interference check when using the back working tools to a reasonable amount, rather than shutting off the check all together.
So your company has just spent a whole lot of $$ on a (new) machine, and they want you to run it?
Tell them you want a one week training course before you risk destroying their investment.
Seriously - TRAINING!
Cheers
Roger
The machine is trying to protect itself with collision areas. You will need the "M88" to allow you to get close to any tool block. Just making you be careful and save money from accidents. **Also, when you get ANY other alarm while you are in this collision area, the "M88" will be cancelled and you will have to manually press the "Interf. Invld" softkey to allow you to move out of that area.
Call your local Citizen dealer and ask for them to send you a training manual which will help until you can get there for some FREE training.
