Looking for reccomendations for micro drills .01 -.03 for drilling 13-8 H900-1100 stainless. Would like to find something that works better than the non carbide titex drills we use now. Been looking at Mikron Crazy Drills......

I've had good luck with Crazy Drills, also check out...
    Nachi "Aqua Drills"
Mitsubishi and OSG also have some good offerings

    And, how would you define...

Let's say it a different way then, are you looking for:

    • Better tool life
    • Faster cycle time
    • Avoidance of catastrophic tool failure
    • Better hole quality

Or <said yet another way> what is the Titex drill NOT doing for you?

Hi could i get some help on Crazy Drills. I am using 30XD for 14 mm holes in grey cast. And from the cutting data i've used S22000 F330 Q0.5 and the drill broke only after 60 holes. Even pilot drill broke after only 200 holes.
If i change cutting data results get only worse.
    Help someone?
