Alarm Code Swiss Cincom L20

I'm running a Swiss Cincom L20 TYPE VII (3M7) machine and got an alarm code (S01 Servo Alarm: PR 0032) .please help if anyone. thanks.

I have a cotizen swiss l20 and have the following alarm

S01 servo alarm r. 0025. Y

Any help please

Absolute position lost. Encoder and/or cable probably. Suggest checking there first. ------------------ John

This alarm is the servo backup battery's these need to be replaced but for now leave the machine powered up with the alarm for half an hour then power off and back on you will then have Z71 alarms so zero return all axis
